PADT has built up a highly effective development infrastructure that includes three development labs, a Class 10k clean room, rapid prototyping equipment including a CNC machining center, and a ten-plus multi-core compute server system used for advance computer simulation.
PADT Medical is a specialty group within PADT that is focused on developing products in the medical device industry. The group combines the strengths of PADT with an FDA compliant quality system and an established product development process to ensure that market and regulatory requirements are satisfied.
PADT Medical has worked on medical devices in cardiovascular, orthopedic, gastrointestinal, and other fields of medicine. The group applies in-depth understanding of electro-mechanical systems, pumping and fluid flow systems, miniature mechanisms, and thin film coating technologies to find innovative solutions within these fields of medicine. |
